We've received the in house copies of the Deluxe and Limited Edition versions of the oversized hardcover edition. This past week was our daughter, Jessica's, graduation from high school so we're all still a little worn out from out of town guests and celebrations. Steve will be doing a video in the upcoming week to showcase the book. It's absolutely stunning!
SHIPPING UPDATE - HARDCOVER BOOKS
Cargo ships are still in high demand, the highest in recent history! Our printer missed their May 20th deadline for the cargo ship we had them scheduled for. We were lucky to find space on another cargo ship leaving port this week. Once the books are in the water and on a vessel we will have an updated estimated schedule for you. It takes 4-6 weeks for the ship to travel to the USA, then from there fingers crossed they can get into port quickly and not have to wait. Sometimes they are stuck waiting for several weeks. Once the vessel is docked and cleared by customs it should take about another week to travel to us here in Arizona then we can start shipping out to you!
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
We are offering 2 files for each book (TPB/Deluxe). 1 files is under 100 mb and the other is the larger file that should look good on a computer. If you ordered a copy of the hardcover book we are adding a FREE digital download to your order. You must have completed checkout and the order needs to be paid in full before the download will be visible. If have any issues or can't find your download please email us at [email protected].
SHIPPING - TPB
If you ordered the unsigned copy of the TPB then your order should be shipped (unless you ordered less than 11 days ago). If you ordered the SIGNED TPB then we are waiting for the 8½"x11" prints to be in house. Steve will sign them then your order will ship. We had to wait for final numbers so we knew how many prints to order. They are expected in house this week.

TRADE PAPERBACK - UNSIGNED
If you have completed checkout the unsigned TPBs are going out the door. If you haven't completed checkout we are holding them until the early checkout is done.

These should will be shipping next. We are printing the smaller prints and should have these shipping early next week.
HARDCOVER BOOKS
For the hardcovers - We heard from Hong Kong today that the hardcovers will be ready to head to the USA on May 31st which, unfortunately, missed the cargo ship they were scheduled to be on, so my router is looking for another ship. The books were supposed to be ready to ship by May 20th so this is a complete let down to us.
The good news is that we should have an advanced copy in house in a few days that we will preview during a livestream with Steve here in studio. Check back for details!

BackerKit found the glitch and we were able to get all the survey's sent out! The only exception is if you pledged less than 11 business days ago. IndieGoGo's refund policy is for 10 days (less weekends and holidays).

Thanks so much for your patience! I just had a look and it seems that the automatic import of backers wasn't checked off so backers were not automatically imported. I am so sorry about the troubles here.
I've just checked the button and backers should now import within the timeframe of 11 days ( e.g. they pledge on Day 1 and will be imported by end of day of the 11th day.).
I've also just run an import so any missing backers should have been imported now. For your reference the last backer we have now pledged on May 10th on IGG

If you backed after the campaign closed on May 6th, you are an InDemand Backer. Because IndieGoGo has a 10 day refund policy for pledged, funds are not released and Backers are imported into BackerKit 11 days after they contribute on Indiegogo InDemand.
I believe these are busniess days.

Downloads are accessed from your confirmation screen. It will not show up until I lock your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is locked.

Next week our daughter is graduating high school so I'm trying to get as much out of the way as possible this week. I have a helper in next week who will be getting trade paperback books out the door and any oversize prints that are ordered as those ship separately.
