SURVEYS
The survey's are currently being looked over by Backerkit who will be doing the pledge organizing for us to ensure everyone gets their orders! This takes about 2 days so they should be ready to send out by Wednesday. We send out a sample group first to ensure everything is working well then we sent out to everyone.
INCENTIVE
As a way to say THANKS for promptly completing your survey we have a FREE GIFT for you during checkout. In the Add Ons section look for the FREE GIFT and be sure to add one to your cart! It adds $0 and $0 shipping!
DOWNLOADS
Downloads are available once surveys are locked and any remaining funds are collected. To expedite download availability I will be locking orders throughout the day the first few days then at least 1-2 times a day until all the surveys are completed.
I will have a separate post explaining how to access your downloads from your Backerkit page.
SHIPPING - TRADE PAPERBACK ORDERS
These are in house and shipping now. The prints will need to be ordered and should only take 1-2 weeks. Everything else for the TPB orders is in house and ready to go.
SHIPPING - HARDCOVERS
Hardcovers are delayed due to a shortage of cargo ships. I have a more detailed explaination with the survey, but bottom line is the books will be ready to ship within 2 weeks and I have a company looking for cargo space for me. Once we get that and the books ship they face another possible delay waiting for a port to open.
We are all upset about the delay and in lieu of being able to actually ship out your order right away, we have included a digital copy of the hardcover book in your cart for FREE.

First, thank you to everyone who contributed to the campaign. Indiegogo holds funds until approximately May 14th. At that time we will send out a short survey to determine mailing addreses & deliver digital rewards. You will also have the opportunity to add on past campaigns to your order as well as give us feedback.
BACKERKIT
We send surveys and organize orders via BackerKit. They will also help to distribute digital rewards. In the next few days I will send more information on checking out with Backerkit, what to expect, and how to get help if you get stuck.
DIGITAL REWARDS - These are all completed and will be automatically distributed at the end of the survey
GOURMANDO TPB - This is in house and will start shipping when surveys are completed.
GOURMANDO HARDCOVER -
Good news - These are now printing and will be shipping from Hong Kong soon
Bad news - Due to COVID-19, there has been a surge in shipped goods, the likes of which has literally never been seen before. This is causing problems with both finding space for items on a shipping container and also port space once the ship gets to the US causing ships to have to draft off the coast for weeks at a time before being able to offload cargo. We are working hard to make this process as smooth as possible and we apologize for the delay, but when the hardcovers ship is out of our hands. We are hoping to have them in house by July or August to ship out to you.

GOURMANDO TPB UPDATES
We are nearly finished mailing out the Kickstarter TPB orders and will start on IndieGoGo orders as soon as funds are in house and checkout survey is completed. We should be getting the surveys out to you by May 14.
GOURMANDO HARDCOVER UPDATE
We received a timeline on the hardcovers for Gourmando just last night. They will be finished printing by the end of May. After that it's approximately 3 weeks on boat then 1-2 weeks between customs and US ground shipping, so ETA is around June 28th in house.
NEXUS BOOKLET
If you were following the 2021 sketchbook Kickstarter that just ended you know we were offering a Nexus booklet as a stretch goal which was not met. The extra funds were earmarked to keep Steve working on Thuneworld and to be able to pay the colorist and designers to do their part so the next edition doesn't take another 5 years to come out.
The actual cost of creating, printing, and shipping the oversized hardcover is around $65k for preproduction, $40k for actual production and another $6-10k for shipping including international. That includes the trade paperback, hardcovers for both the deluxe and signed limited editions.
To keep Thuneworld going, we are going to run a separate kickstarter for the Nexus booklet, likely mid June into July. This will overlap both the 2021 sketchbook and gourmando books heading out the door!
